🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

​We are committed to providing our customers with the best service as quickly as possible. For this reason, certain time limits and conditions must be followed for order cancellation.

Cancellation by the Customer

​The customer can cancel an order according to the following conditions:

Successful Cancellation Within 4 hours or less of placing the order. (Or before your processing begins) You must immediately contact our Customer Service Team to cancel. When canceled within this period, your order usually does not enter the packaging or shipping process, resulting in no cost to us.

Partial Cancellation After 4 hours have passed or once the "Processing" status has started. Cancellation may not be possible in this case. If packaging is complete but not yet shipped, we may incur some packaging/labour costs. If canceled after packaging, we will try to cancel, but the customer may have to pay a minimum cancellation fee (e.g., packaging cost) (if your local law permits this).

No Cancellation Once the order status changes to "Shipped" or "Dispatched for Delivery".


Cancellation by Us (The Company)

​The company reserves the right to cancel a customer's order for the following reasons:

​Stock Issues: If the product goes out of stock or is found to be defective for any reason.

​Pricing Error: If the product price was incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

​Customer Information: If the address or contact information provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect.

​Fraud: If the order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.

​Note: If an order is canceled by us, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and promptly refund the full amount if prepaid.

Refund Process (In Case of Cancellation)

​Prepaid Orders: If the order is successfully canceled (e.g., within 4 hours), the refund amount will be returned to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, mobile banking, etc.) within 5-7 business days.

​Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No payment is involved in COD orders, so no refund is applicable.
