Return Time Limit

​You must initiate the return request within 7 days (calendar days) of receiving your product delivery.

​We regret that we cannot accept any return or refund requests if 7 days have passed.


Conditions for Return (Crucial to Prevent Company Loss)


​To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

​Unused and Undamaged: The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. It must not be worn, washed, or damaged in any way.

​Original Packaging and Tags: The product must be returned with its original packaging, box, and all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories that came with it. No tags should be torn or removed.

​Proof of Purchase: A copy of the invoice/order slip is mandatory to start the return process.

​Video Proof (Suggestion): In case of any defect or wrong product delivery, making an unboxing video in front of the rider can help the customer in quick resolution of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items (Restricted Goods)


​To protect the company and maintain hygiene, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

​Personal Use Items: Such as innerwear, cosmetics, perfumes, health care products (if the seal is broken).

​Food or Perishable Goods.

​Sale or Discounted Items (Final Sale Items).

​Customized or Specially Made Products.


Return Shipping (Who Bears the Cost?)


​For Wrong/Defective Products

If a wrong or defective product was sent by us, we will bear the return shipping cost.

​For Change of Mind:

If the customer wishes to return the item only due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

​Provide Necessary Information: Clearly state your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

​Packaging: Carefully package the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice with it.

​Send: Send the item to the return address provided by our Customer Service Team. It is advised to use a reliable courier service with a tracking number.
