Order Processing Time

​This is the time it takes to prepare the order for delivery:

​After receiving your order, we typically process, package, and hand over the item to our courier partner within 1-2 business days.

​Business Days: This excludes weekends (if applicable) and public holidays.

​Cut-Off Time: Orders received after [Specify Time, e.g., 4:00 PM] will be counted for processing starting from the next business day.

​Reducing Company Loss: Specifying fast processing time is intended to bring transparency to your stock management and limit cancellation opportunities (as mentioned in your Order Cancellation Policy).

​Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

​The time it takes for the item to reach your address after being handed over to the delivery partner depends on your location.

Note: During festive seasons, adverse weather conditions, or political instability, there might be some delay in delivery times. In such cases, we will inform the customers promptly.

Shipping Costs

​Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, size of your order, and the delivery address.

​You will be able to see the final shipping cost on the Checkout page before confirming the order.

Order Tracking

​Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number and the tracking link of our courier partner via email/SMS.

​You can use this tracking number to find the current location of your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

​For the protection of both the customer and the company:

​Damaged Package: If the package is clearly damaged during delivery, please do not accept it in front of the delivery person and notify us immediately. If accepted, it will be resolved according to our Return Policy.

​Lost Package: If tracking information shows that your package is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. After the investigation is complete, we will either provide you with a full refund or reship the item, ensuring no loss to the customer.

​Incorrect Address: If the package is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will have to bear the cost of reshipping for the second time.
